02.21.06 Consulted with Dr. Roger I. Novack - Eye Doctor(8641 Wilshire Blvd. , Tel. 310.854.6201)for retina testing. Had eyes tested with dye. Diagnosis: Both eyes but especially my left eye had to be operated due to Epithelium Retinal Membrane with Macular Pucker (caused poor vision). Dr. Ildefonso Chan (PI Retina Specialist @ Eye Center, TM Kalaw StTel. ) compared pictures taken on Oct. 2005 with those of 2003 and saw that there was no progression and operation is not needed 'cuz risk compared to beneficial improvement (probably 1 or 2 lines better in eye chart). Advised Dr. Norvack later that I will call him when I feel operation would be a better option. Checked internet and was also told that this problem will not lead to blindness.

02.03.06 Consulted with Dr. William Corbin - Eye Doctor (321 No. Larchmont Blvd., Tel. 323.467.7161), for my eye exam. Results were good and was told that I have a suspicion of Glaucoma and to continue using Xalatan, but wants a Retina Specialist to check my retina for Macular Pucker. Had pictures of my eyes taken. Mailed 1 yrs. prescription for my contact lens.

12.20.05 Consulted with Dra. Saye Montegrande Internal Medicine (321 No. Larchmont Blvd., Tel. 323.464.0286, Tita Nena's doctor). Blood Test Results: Cholesterol 121 and Glucose 99...normal.
